Exchanges and Returns Policy | 3x2 Promotion
If you want to return the three pairs before 14 days from the date you receive the shoes, the amount paid will be returned in a full refund.
If you want to exchange the product for another one, the economic difference will be charged or returned. You can also make size changes as long as there is stock available or a VOUCHER with that economic amount
If you want to return the free pair of the promotion, no economic refund will be made and these shoes CAN ONLY BE EXCHANGED for another size.
If you want to return 1 pair of the two models you have paid, the amount of the product will be refunded, discounting 50% of the free pair.
If you want to return the 2 pairs you have paid in the promotion and keep the free pair, the amount of the products you have paid will be refunded, discounting 100% of the value of the free product included in the promotion. You can also do size changes as long as there is stock available or a VOUCHER with that amount.
Items must be shipped in their original condition, including the shoe box, with no signs of having been worn or damaged. Otherwise, the exchange of the product will not be accepted. Remember to properly pack the original box to avoid damage with the shipping labels.
Can I make a change?
* All shipping costs for exchanges and returns will be paid by the customer, if it is an exchange the new shipment will be paid by Au Revoir Cinderella.
Yes! You have 30 natural days from the date of purchase to request a change in size or model. These are the steps to follow:
1. Write down and introduce in the shoe box the purchase details or the invoice. Also, include in the box a note specifying the product and size for which you want to make the change.
2. The products must be sent in their original condition, including the box, without signs of being used or damage. Otherwise, the change of the product will be not be accepted. Remember to cover the original box with paper or a plastic bag to avoid damages with the shipping labeling.
3. Send the products to our store in Madrid fron 10:00 to 14:00:

4. Once we've received the package, the requested change will be sent, as long as the product is in stock. In case the purchased product is more expensive than the product for which you wish to exchange it, Au Revoir Cinderella will save your credit for future purchases in the form of a voucher. This voucher can be redeemed within a period of no more than one month after its issue.
If you do not want any other item, you can request a voucher for the total amount, which you can redeem within a month of its issue.
Important! Au Revoir Cinderella is not responsible for the delivery costs to our store but does cover the delivery costs of the exchange.
Can I request a refund?
If the product delivered to the customer is in poor condition and its due to the companies own causes or manufacturing, you can:
-Request a change for another product.
-Request a voucher for the total amount of the purchase, which could be redeemed within a month of its issue.
-Request the economic refund of the total amount of the purchase.
Also, if you have made your purchase in our website, European legislation includes a trial period of 14 days in which the user can return a product if not satisfied with the product. In this case, the client assumes the transport charges.
